1- What happens if the product I received was damaged?

If in any case the product you receive was damaged from the manufacturer or freight, then all you have to do is notify us and we will send you a replacement at no cost to you. We always make sure that you get what you ordered in perfect condition.

2- What happens if the item I already bought is on sale now for a cheaper price?

If you buy a product and you saw that it went on sales for a lower price we will gladly refund the difference so long as it is within 60 days of your purchase. This way you know that you will get the best price even if there is an upcoming sales event within 2 months that you can’t wait for.

3- What if I wanted to use my manufacturer’s warranty, what do I have to do?

Most of the products sold online or in-store have a manufacturer’s warranty and we know how much of a hassle warranties can be so if you ever needed to use your warranty, simply contact us and let us hassle for you and make sure that you are taken care of.

4- What if I had a question about a product?
